4. Vendor Relationships

Vendors on Letty are independent businesses. Letty does not employ vendors and is not responsible for their services, quality of work, or fulfillment of contractual obligations. All agreements are directly between clients and vendors.

5. Payments and Fees

Payments made through Letty are processed securely. Our platform fee structure is transparent and displayed before any transaction. Refund policies vary by vendor and are specified in individual vendor agreements.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are set by individual vendors. Please review each vendor's cancellation policy before booking. Letty is not responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by vendors.

7. Limitation of Liability

Letty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or from any vendor services booked through Letty.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Letty after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
